Paragraph 12 I1

(1)

In paragraph 11(4) of the Schedule to the M1British Library Act 1972 (powers of Board to dispose of articles transferred to them under section 3(1)(a) of that Act) for the words following paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the words

“or
(d)
the disposal is an exercise of the power conferred by section 6 of the Museums and Galleries Act 1992.”

(2)

In paragraph 11(5) of that Schedule (restrictions on disposal of property subject to a trust or condition) in paragraph (a), after the word “condition” there shall be inserted the words “ except as provided by section 6 of the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 ”.
