Article 11 Annual report on exercise of functions by the Board

The Board shall, within such period after the end of the financial year as the Department may direct, prepare and transmit to the Department a report in respect of the exercise by the Board of its functions in that year and the Department shall lay a copy of that report before the Assembly.
