Section 32 Short title and extent.

(1)

This Act may be cited as the National Health Service (Amendment) Act 1949, . . . F1

(2)

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

(3)

Subsection (3) of section eighty of the Act of 1946 (which provides for the extension of that Act to the Isles of Scilly) shall have effect as if the references to that Act included references to this Act.
