Section 17 Expenses and receipts.

Any sums required by any Minister for making payments under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament, and F1subject to F2section 3(8) aboveany sums received by any Minister under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
