Paragraph 64

In section 53(3) or the 1979 Act (monuments in territorial waters) after “Secretary of State" (in the first place) there shall be inserted “ or the Commission ” and after “Secretary of State" (in the second place) there shall be inserted “ or by the Commission ”.
