Article 19 Transitional provisions

Schedule 6 has effect for the purpose of making transitional provisions of a general nature.

Schedule 7 makes provision for the capital finances of a National Park authority during the transitional period.

Schedule 8 makes transitional provision for a National Park authority in relation to competitive tendering.
