Article 5 The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992I1

In article 2(1) (interpretation) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992^f1, for the definition of “national scenic area” substitute—

• ““national scenic area” means an area designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act  1997;”.
