Criminal Procedure Rules may make provision about proceedings in England and Wales relating to a warrant or order under this Part of this Schedule (other than an order under paragraph 12).
Crown Court rules and magistrates’ courts rules may make provision about proceedings in Northern Ireland relating to a warrant or order under this Part of this Schedule (other than an order under paragraph 12).
The provision which may be made by virtue of this paragraph includes in particular provision about the variation or discharge of an order.
