Where—

(a)

SNH has received a representation made within the period specified in the notification by virtue of paragraph 3(c), and

(b)

it is required by subsection (8) of section 21 to F1consider the matter,

SNH must not confirm the notification unless it has complied with F2paragraph (a) of that subsection.
