Paragraph 8 I1

Network Rail shall require its contractor to develop a contaminated land management plan and shall submit the contaminated land management plan to the Agency for its reasonable approval before commencing construction of the specified works and no specified works shall be constructed except in accordance with any contaminated land management plan approved by the Agency or settled by arbitration.
