Article 24 Statutory undertakersI1
England, Wales and Scotland
Subject to the provisions of Schedule 7 (protective provisions), Network Rail may—
(a)
acquire compulsorily, or acquire new rights over, the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans within the limits of the land to be acquired or used and described in the book of reference;
(b)
extinguish the rights of, remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers over or within the Order land.
