Article 22 Compulsory acquisition of landI1

Network Rail may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate, or is incidental to, it.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 24 (compulsory acquisition of rights) and paragraph (8) of article 30 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
