Paragraph 9 Ecological Management PlanI1

No stage of the authorised development is to commence until for that stage a written ecological management plan reflecting the survey results and ecological mitigation and enhancement measures included in the environmental statement, in particular to accord with paragraph 5.2.1 of section 5 (Mitigation & Prediction of Effects) of Technical Appendix C (Ecology) to Volume II of the environmental statement, has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the relevant planning authority.

The ecological management plan must include an implementation timetable and must be carried out as approved.
