Paragraph 26 I1

Network Rail must not under the powers conferred by this Order acquire compulsorily any land of MSCC or any easement or other right over such land, other than such land or easements or other rights over such land, as is reasonably necessary for, or in connection with, the construction, maintenance or operation of the authorised works.
