acquire compulsorily, or acquire new rights over the land belonging to statutory undertakers and electronic communications code network operators shown on the land plans within the limits of the land to be acquired or used and described in the book of reference; and

extinguish the rights of, remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers and electronic communications code network operators over or within the Order land.
