The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the design drawings.

Work No.2 and Work No.3 must be carried out in accordance with the Alvechurch station general arrangement drawings, except for any minor amendments to the appearance, layout, scale or landscaping of those works approved by the relevant planning authority prior to commencement of those works.
