Article 17 New rights etc. only to be acquired in certain landI1

In the case of the land shown on the deposited plans and specified in column (2) of Schedule 3 (land in which only new rights etc. may be acquired) (being land shown on the deposited plans and described in the book of reference) the power conferred under article 13 (power to acquire land) may be exercised only to acquire or create compulsorily easements or other rights for the purpose specified in column (3) of that Schedule.
