Section 16 Disqualification of elective verderers.
A person shall be disqualified from being an elective verderer who—
(1)
Holds any office or place of profit under the verderers; or,
(2)
Participates in the profits of any work done by order of the verderers; or,
(3)
Is concerned in or participates in the profit of any contract entered into by the verderers.
