The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3, 5(1), (2) and (3), 15(2) and (7), 16(1) and (2) and 17(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1 to 7, 9 to 13 and 17 to 22 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979f1 and now vested in itf2 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—
