Regulation 18 Restrictions on spreading slurry

(1)
Where a person uses equipment to spread slurry by broadcasting, the equipment must—
(a)
have a trajectory of less than 4 metres from the ground, or
(b)
have a trajectory of 4 metres or more from the ground and be able to achieve a maximum slurry application rate of 1 mm per hour when it is operating continuously.
