Regulation 4 Amendment of Part 3

Part 3 (Limiting the application of organic manure) is amended as follows.

At the beginning of paragraph (1) of regulation 12 (application of livestock manure — total nitrogen limit for the whole holding), insert “ ;Except where the occupier has been granted a derogation, ”.
