Article 6 Amendment of the principal Order

In paragraph 7 of Schedule 2, for Option C (i) there shall be substituted the following:

“(i)

The farmer shall not in any period of 12 months apply organic nitrogen fertiliser or inorganic nitrogen fertiliser in excess of that which contains 150 kilograms of nitrogen per hectare.”.
