Paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Fees Order (Special applications) shall stand as paragraph 3(1) and thereafter there shall be inserted—

“

(2)

On an application for a grant in respect of an estate exempt from inheritance tax by virtue of section 154 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984f1( exemption for members of the armed forces etc).
