Rule 42 Certificate of delivery of Inland Revenue affidavitI1

Where the deceased died before 13th March 1975 the certificate of delivery of an Inland Revenue affidavit required by section 30 of the Customs and Inland Revenue Act 1881^f1 to be borne by every grant shall be in Form 1.
