Paragraph 20 PremisesI1

The premises of the school conform to the standards applicable to maintained special schools prescribed in regulations from time to time in force under section 542 of the 1996 Act.

If the Secretary of State has directed that different standards apply in accordance with paragraph 10(2), the premises conform to the standards specified in the direction for as long as the direction remains in force.
