(1)

The undertaker is granted development consent for the authorised development, as set out in Schedule 1 (authorised development), subject to the provisions of this Order including the Requirements set out in Schedule 2 (Requirements).

(2)

Subject to paragraph (3), each numbered work must be situated on the corresponding F1numbered line or within the corresponding numbered area shown on the works plans.

(3)

Subject to paragraph (4), in constructing each numbered work, the undertaker may deviate within the corresponding numbered area shown on the works plans up to the limits of deviation provided for in article 4.

(4)

Development consent is only granted for development within the Order limits.
