Article 2 Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

In section 87(6) (consultation and co-ordination) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—

“(x)

the Welfare Reform Act 2012^f1 and the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015^f2;

(y)

the Pensions Act 2014^f3 and the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015^f4;

(z)

the Pension Schemes Act 2015^f5 and the Pension Schemes Act (Northern Ireland) 2016^f6.”.
