Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Industries Security (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on 28th February 2013.
(3)
In these Regulations—
-
“the 2001 Act” means the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001; and
-
“the Principal Regulations” means the Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003f1.
