In section 25 the words after “accordingly” to the end of subsection (2) shall be omitted and for subsection (3) there shall be substituted the following provision:—

“(3)

Proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act shall not be instituted in Jersey except by or with the consent of the Attorney General for Jersey.”.
