a stock list of the conditioned and retained waste to be updated yearly on the date of the first physical inventory taking;
the F1source data used to determine changes in the quantities and composition of the conditioned and retained waste;
a description of the sequence of actions taken to prepare for and take a physical inventory and to ensure that the inventory is correct and complete;
a description of the actions taken in order to ascertain the cause and magnitude of any accidental loss that might have occurred; and
all changes to the stock of conditioned or retained waste, so that the book inventory can be established when requested.
An operator of a qualifying nuclear facility that is used to treat or store conditioned or retained waste must retain the records referred to in paragraph (1) for a period of at least F430 years beginning with the day on which the record is made.
