Regulation 38 Interference with safeguards equipmentI1

A person must not, unless permitted by the ONR, take action in connection with the operation of any safeguards equipment in a qualifying nuclear facility, which results in the safeguards equipment providing information on qualifying nuclear material that is significantly different from the information which the equipment would have provided had the action not occurred.
