   major contributors (sources);

   types of waste;

3. iii)

   chemical and physical form (liquid, solid, etc.);

4. iv)

   estimated enrichment ranges and uranium/plutonium content;

5. v)

   estimated quantities per year, period of sorting;

6. vi)

   waste generated rates (as percentage of input/throughput, quantities per month);

7. vii)

   store inventory range and maximum capacity;

8. viii)

   method and frequency of recovery/disposal;
