Article 1
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Safeguards (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 7th May 2004.
(2)
In this Order—
-
“Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey;
-
“the 1978 Act” means the Nuclear Safeguards and Electricity (Finance) Act 1978f1; and
-
“the 2000 Act” means the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2000.
