The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 4(6), 16(3), 22(1) and (2)(b), 25, 34(1), 35 and 118(5) — (7) of the Care Standards Act 2000f1 hereby makes the following Regulations:—

2000 c. 14. The powers are exercisable by the appropriate Minister, who is defined in section 121(1) as read with section 5(1)(b), in relation to Wales as the National Assembly for Wales.
