Regulation 11 Amendment of regulation 21

In regulation 21—

(a)

for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

If poultry litter or anaerobic digestate fibre is to be stored in a field heap, the controller must inform the Department in such manner as it may require.”;

(b)

omit paragraph (3);

(c)

in paragraph (4) after “poultry litter” insert “ or anaerobic digestate fibre”.
