Commission Regulation (EU) No 440/2011 of 6 May 2011 on the authorisation and refusal of authorisation of certain health claims made on foods and referring to children's development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “European Union” substitute “ F1Great Britain ”;

(b)

omit paragraph 2.

(3)

In Article 2—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that paragraph, substitute “ may not be made on foods on the Great Britain market ”;

(b)

omit paragraph 2.

(4)

Omit Article 3.
