Commission Regulation (EU) No 1170/2011 of 16 November 2011 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods and referring to the reduction of disease risk is amended as follows.

In Article 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that Article, substitute “ may not be made on foods on the F1Great Britain market. ”.

Omit Article 2.
