Regulation 16 Management committees: constitutionI1

(1)

Each management committee must prepare a written constitution, which shall not become effective until it has been agreed with the relevant local board or the relevant probation trust, as appropriate.

(2)

The constitution must contain information on—

(a)

the membership of the management committee;

(b)

the duration of appointments to the management committee;

(c)

the frequency of management committee meetings;

(d)

the quorum of the management committee; and

(e)

such other matters as the management committee or relevant local board or relevant probation trust, as appropriate, consider appropriate.
