Article 2 Amendment to the Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010

The Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010^f1 is amended as follows.

After article 3 insert—

“Designation of Wales Probation Trust

3A.

Wales Probation Trust is designated as a Welsh probation trust.”
