Paragraph 9 Grants to OFCOM
(1)
The Secretary of State may, with the consent of the Treasury, make grants to OFCOM of such sums as he may think fit for the purpose of enabling OFCOM to incur or meet liabilities in respect of capital and revenue expenditure.
(2)
Grants under this paragraph shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament.
