Coming into operation in accordance with Article 1

The Department of Finance ^f1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1)(b)(iv) and (2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 ^f2, makes the following Order.

In accordance with section 6 (3) of that Act, the Department of Finance has consulted the Statistics Board ^f3.
