Regulation 13 Revocation and surrender of permits

(1)

The Secretary of State may by notice revoke a permit F1... where she is of the opinion that an application for the grant, renewal or variation of the permit in question contained any information or statement which was false or misleading in a material particular or where the F2permit holder has been guilty of a breach of any condition attached to the permit.

(2)

F3A permit holder may surrender the permit by notice to the Secretary of State.
