These Regulations may be cited as the Offshore Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 17th September 2002.

References in these Regulations to the “Management Regulations” are to the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (Management and Administration) Regulations 1995^f1.
