Section 38 Short title, commencement and extent.
This Act may be cited as the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982.
This Act shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint, and different days may be so appointed for different provisions or different purposes.
This Act, except Parts II and III and Schedule 2, extends to Northern Ireland.
