Article 14 Revocation
The Secretary of State may revoke an authorisation given under article 13 if the Secretary of State has before doing so—
(a)
notified the person given the authorisation of the intention by the Secretary of State to revoke the authorisation and the reasons for that intention;
(b)
given that person a reasonable opportunity to make representations in respect of the intended revocation; and
(c)
taken into account any such representations received by the Secretary of State.
