An offence under any of the following provisions of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/1769 (N.I. 2))—
(a)
Article 62 (causing or inciting prostitution for gain);
(b)
Article 63 (controlling prostitution for gain).
