An offence under F1any of the following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 F2—
section 63 (possession of extreme pornographic images);
section 67A (possession or publication of pornographic images of strangulation or suffocation) F3;
section 67E (possession or publication of pornographic images of sex between relatives);
section 67H (possession or publication of pornographic images of sexual activity with child under 16).
