Paragraph 30 F1

In relation to any land falling within paragraph 25 of this Schedule, the provisions of section twenty-four or section thirty of this Act, where applicable, shall have effect (subject to the modification specified in paragraph 27 of this Schedule) as if the land had been comprised in a compulsory rights order which became operative on the date of requisition of the land, and the period of occupation under that order came to an end on the terminal date.
