Paragraph 45 F1
Paragraphs 24, 26, 27, 28 and 31 of this Schedule shall have effect in relation to any land which, at the commencement of this Act, is land requisitioned as an opencast storage site, as if any reference in those paragraphs to land already requisitioned for opencast operations were a reference to land requisitioned as an opencast storage site.
