Paragraph 49 F1
In so far as any order made under that Regulation is an order to which this Part of this Schedule applies,—
(a)
the order shall have effect as if it had been made under section three of the Acquisition of Land Act as applied by section fifteen of this Act, and may be varied or revoked accordingly, and
(b)
the order shall not be affected by any enactment or Order in Council whereby that Regulation is revoked or varied.
